Yerevan, January 30. /Mediamax/. Special representative of the European
Union (EU) in the South Caucasus Heikki Talvitie described as
“promising” the “new situation” in the Armenian-Turkish relations.
Addressing a briefing in Yerevan today, Heikki Talvitie expressed hope
that the dialogue of Armenian and Turkish Foreign Ministers “will allow
achieving concrete results in a long-term prospective,” Mediamax
