positevely reacts towards the prospect of opening of Turkish-Armenian
border, President’s spokesman Ashot Kocharian said in Yerevan today.
At the same time, “it is still early to speak about the reopening of the
border”, Ashot Kocharian said.
President’s spokesman expressed hope that Armenian and Turkish Foreign
Ministers upcoming meeting in New York would clarify the situation |
