Arsen Ghazarian Born In Yerevan in 1960. After school,1977-1982 studied at Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law. 1982-1985 Post-Graduate study at the Yerevan State University Department Of Philosophy, specialty "History of Religion". 1985-1993 was a lecturer at the Yerevan Institute of Physical Training, Department of Phylosophy. At the same period worked as legal adviser/expert in different local philosophy, specialty "History of Religion".In 1993 established freight forwarding company "Apaven". At present general director of Apaven Co.Ltd. and president of union of manufecturers and businessmen of Armenia (UMBA).Married, has two sons.

Kaan Soyak Kaan Soyak was the first to organize transportation of United States government humanitarian aid to the Caucasus and Central Asian countries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Political Science from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey. He was also the first to establish a joint venture between Turkey and Russia, introducing Russian capital into Turkey. Born in 1961, Mr. Kaan Soyak is current President and CEO of Alyans-Tempo Logistics and Transportation Management. Married, has two sons.
